This report summarizes the final Integrated Strategic Urban Development Plan (2015 -2035) for Mandera Town, a product of a process undertaken by the County Government of Mandera, under the Ministry of Land, Housing and Physical Planning and other stakeholders. The process was executed by a consortium led by Real Plan Consultants in consultation with the stakeholders. The project is part of the Mandera County Government that is being implemented by the same Government.
