Today, Mandera Municipality held its Quarterly Review Meeting at the Municipal Headquarters, bringing together all section heads and key technical officers to assess departmental achievements and overall performance.
The meeting, chaired by the Municipal Manager, Mr. Matker M. Noor, provided a valuable platform for reflection, learning, and forward planning. Members reviewed progress made during the first quarter of the 2025/2026 financial year, highlighting notable successes, and key milestones achieved across departments.
The session also provided an opportunity to candidly discuss existing challenges and identify practical solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency, accountability, and service delivery to the community. Emphasis was placed on aligning departmental targets with the broader County Government development agenda as guided by H.E. the Governor.
