Mrs Abdia is the Vice Chairperson of Mandera Municipal Board. Mrs. Abdia Holds a diploma in Clinical and community Health Nutrition and has over 8(eight) years’ experience in that Sector. She chairs The enforcement, Fire, and disaster management board committee at Mandera Municipality. She is also a member of Energy, Environment and sanitation Committee.
